This agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer when the Buyer completes an order on this site. By ticking the confirmation box at checkout, the Buyer accepts these terms.
Article 1 — Parties

BUYER
The name, address, e-mail address and telephone number entered by the customer at checkout. These details form part of this agreement.
Article 2 — Subject
This agreement governs the sale and delivery of the product ordered through the site, and sets out the parties' rights and obligations. Where the Buyer is a consumer resident in Türkiye, Law no. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply to this agreement, and nothing in it may reduce the Buyer's rights under those rules.
Article 3 — Product, price and payment
The product name, quantity, unit price, total price including VAT and the shipping cost are shown on the order summary and repeated in the order confirmation e-mail. Prices include VAT. Shipping is free. Payment may be made by credit or debit card, by bank transfer, or in cash or by card on delivery.
Article 4 — Delivery
The product is dispatched from within Türkiye and delivered to the address given by the Buyer, through a contracted carrier, within 30 days of the conclusion of this agreement at the latest; in practice the order is handed to the carrier within 1–3 working days. If delivery becomes impossible, the Seller informs the Buyer within 3 days and refunds the full amount within 14 days.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty, by sending a clear statement to info@ortevayastik.com. The Seller additionally grants a voluntary 30-night trial on the same terms. Return shipping is paid by the Seller. The refund is made within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned product, using the Buyer's original payment method.
Article 6 — Condition of the returned product
The product must be returned in a resalable condition, with its invoice and original packaging. Because of hygiene requirements, the inner memory-foam core alone cannot be returned once the cover has been removed and the foam has been in direct contact with skin; a cut, torn, burned or permanently stained cover cannot be accepted either.
Article 7 — Exceptions to withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Buyer's personal specifications, to goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene once their protective packaging has been opened, or to the other cases listed in the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Article 8 — Faulty goods
If the product is faulty, the Buyer may ask for a free repair, a replacement, a price reduction or the return of the price. The Seller pays the shipping in such cases. The product carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Article 9 — Default
If the Buyer pays by card and is in default, the Buyer is liable to the issuing bank under the card agreement. If the Seller fails to deliver, the Buyer may terminate the agreement and recover the price.
Article 10 — Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Notice (GDPR and KVKK).
Article 11 — Disputes and competent forum
Consumers resident in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at their own place of residence, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the Buyer's country of residence are unaffected by this agreement.
Article 12 — Entry into force
This agreement is concluded and enters into force when the Buyer confirms the order electronically. A copy is sent to the Buyer's e-mail address and remains accessible on this page.
