2. What we ask for
To deliver an order we need your name, delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number. To answer a message we need your name, your e-mail address and what you wrote. That is all.
3. What we never see
Card payments are handled by our payment provider on its own secure infrastructure. Your full card number never reaches us and is never stored on our side.
4. What we do with it
- Prepare, ship and invoice your order.
- Handle returns, exchanges and warranty claims.
- Answer your questions.
- Keep the records that tax and consumer law require.
- Measure how the site is used — only if you accept optional cookies.
- Send you offers by e-mail — only if you ask for them. Every message carries an unsubscribe link.
5. Who else sees it
Only the parties who have to: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), the carrier delivering your parcel, our payment provider, our accountant, and public authorities where the law obliges us. We never sell your data and never rent it out for advertising.
6. Security
The whole site runs over 256-bit SSL. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to do their job. If a breach occurs that is likely to put your rights at risk, we notify you and the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours.
7. Children
This store is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving marketing, at any time by writing to info@ortevayastik.com. We reply within 30 days at the latest. Cookie choices can be changed at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.
9. Changes
New versions of this policy are published on this page with a new date.
