The ORTEVA and SOMNIA names, the logo, the product photographs, the videos, the illustrations and the texts on this site belong to us or are used by us under licence. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission. Quoting a short passage with a link back to the source is permitted.
3. Accuracy of the content
We take care to keep product descriptions, prices and stock information correct and current. Obvious typing or system errors do not bind us; if such an error affects your order we contact you before dispatch and refund you in full if you prefer to cancel.
4. Product information and health
ORTEVA SOMNIA is a comfort and support pillow. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat any illness and it does not replace medical advice. Individual experiences differ and no result is guaranteed. If you have persistent neck pain, snoring or sleep apnoea, consult a healthcare professional.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Do not collect content from the site by automated means without our permission.
- Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site, we do not control its content and are not responsible for it.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times, but maintenance, technical faults and events beyond our control may interrupt it. We are not liable for such interruptions.
