Write to us about anything — tracking a parcel, a return, an exchange, or a question about the pillow before you buy. Messages that arrive on a working day between 09:00 and 18:00 are usually answered the same day.

Use the form on this page, or e-mail info@ortevayastik.com. Please include your order number if you already have one — it lets us answer in one message instead of three.

Tracking your order

We do not run a tracking screen on this site. When your parcel is dispatched, an e-mail and an SMS with the tracking number are sent to you automatically. If they have not arrived, send us your order number and we will look it up.

Returns and exchanges

You have 30 nights to try the pillow. Tell us you want to return it and we send you a free carrier code the same day. The full procedure is on the Returns and Exchanges page.

Wholesale and business enquiries

For bulk orders, hotels or corporate gifting, write to the same address with “Wholesale” in the subject line.
